Open Letter to our Customers

It is my pleasure to announce that my family has successfully re-opened our Greenbrier location.  With seven stores, I have come to realize that it was increasingly more difficult to stay in close personal contact with our customers and provide exceptional customer service and products.  We have been able to retain our excellent jewelers who continue to produce astounding custom pieces.  I am enjoying getting back in touch with clients personally, and a slower pace from running seven stores.  


Many have asked if we will be able to honor warranties from the previous operations.  The simple answer is, “yes, we would be pleased to.”  If you have an existing warranty, please bring your item to Greenbrier for an inspection so we can re-issue a new warranty from the new operation, before October 31st . 


I realize that I have been given a chance to begin fresh and have rediscovered a new passion for design and custom jewelry.  I am in the process of setting up a private salon, for more unique and rare items.  If Greenbrier is not convenient and you would like to set an appointment with me personally, please call 333-4033, or email me directly at david@davidnygaard.com.
